About Abbey Fitness
Fitness without the fuss.
Established in 1997, we’re proud to be Kelso’s friendly, independent fitness centre.
Our spacious two-tier gym is filled with natural light and kept up to date with quality equipment. Qualified, motivated staff are here when you need support, while you’re equally welcome to come in and do your own thing.
Health assessments and personal programmes are available on request. All members and visitors must be aged 16 or over.
